50/50 Raffle We are holding our 4th annual 50/50 Raffle on August 13th at Martell’s Tiki Bar in Point Pleasant. Last year’s raffle was quite successful, with our first prize winner taking home over $5,000! The best part about this raffle is that only 500 tickets are sold. The tickets cost $50 each, and we’re giving away 70% of the prize pool to the lucky first place winner, 2nd prize can be as much as $2,500 or 20% of the prize pool, and 3rd prize of $1,250 or 10% of the prize pool. This is a major fundraiser for the 200 Club of Ocean County. If you’re a winner, you are not only helping the Club, but getting some serious cash for yourself! Contact any of our Trustees if you are interested in purchasing some tickets. Or, you may send a note to c/o Ed Liston, P.O. Box 1056, Toms River, NJ 08754. Your ticket stub is also your admission to our drawing held on August 13th at Martell’s Tiki Bar at 6:00 pm. David Bassinder has graciously offered all raffle participants a free buffet (drinks are on you). The prize drawings will be held at 8:00pm. All proceeds from the raffle go to the 200 Club of Ocean County. With your help, we will be able to give out more scholarships, and continue helping families of police, fire, and first aid members who are killed or incapacitated in the line of duty. Last year, the Club raised $7,500 through the raffle. Thank you for your support and we’ll see you at the Raffle drawing party at Martell’s on August 13th!
