50/50 Raffle How About A Cool $8,750? It could go a long way toward that Harley you’ve been eyeing or it may help you cover a portion of your daughter’s upcoming wedding. Admittedly, you have a 500 to 1 shot of that coming true, but you can be absolutely certain that your donation will go toward a very worthy cause—the uniformed services of Ocean County. The 200 Club’s major fund raiser is its annual 50/50 raffle with only 500 tickets sold at $50.00 a piece. The first prize, representing 70% of the prize pool can be as much as $8,750.00. The second prize, 20% of the prize pool, could be as much as $2,500.00 and the third prize, 10% of the prize pool, could be as much as $1,250.00. The prizes for the raffle will be drawn at a season ending bash hosted by our friends at Martell’s on Thursday August 13th at 6 PM. Your ticket stub gets you in for a free buffet and music, (with a cash bar). The prize drawings will be held at 8 PM. We are counting on your help to make this raffle a sell out success for the 200 Club of Ocean County so that we can increase the scholarship aid and other help which we provide to the families of Police, Fire, First Aid and New Jersey State Police killed or seriously injured in the line of duty. |
